In this exciting role, your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to: Interpret specification and requirements documents to write test procedures for the functional and environmental testing of Engineering, Flight, and Qualification Hardware. Obtain Certified Test Conductor (CTC) training to become certified to perform functional and environmental tests as the Person In Charge (PIC). Support Subsystem Level test through environmental testing in primarily thermal and thermal vacuum environments. Design, implement, and maintain test equipment and test software. Collaborate with engineering to review and validate test data, identifying and confirming anomalies or passing data.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree (Electrical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, or a related field preferred) or equivalent experience/combined education.
  • Ability to obtain DoD SECRET Security Clearance.

Nice To Haves

  • Familiar with RF or microwave hardware
  • Experience with system integration, mechanical/electronic troubleshooting and use of Ground Support Equipment (GSE) Test & Integration
  • Knowledge of the latest Test and Measurement Equipment (T&ME) and techniques
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative team environment with occasional alternate shift and travel
  • Experience with test automation (SCPI commands, LabVIEW)
  • Current LM Certified Test Conductor (CTC) certification or equivalent
  • Working knowledge and experience with Automation Framework
