Overview We are seeking an experienced RFP Buyer to join our dynamic procurement team. The ideal candidate will own the end-to-end Source-to-Contract (S2C) process for Request for Proposal (RFP) activities, supplier selection, and strategic negotiation to support procurement of goods and services across hotels, casinos, food & beverage, entertainment, and technology platforms. This role requires strong analytical skills, market intelligence, and collaboration with internal stakeholders to optimize value, quality, and risk management. Responsibilities Lead the end-to-end RFP lifecycle for assigned spend categories (e.g., F&B, gaming equipment, technology, marketing, facilities, general services, and capital projects). Develop and issue RFPs, RFIs, and RFQs; manage supplier communications, timelines, and responses; ensure compliance with company. Coordinate cross-functionally with stakeholders (Finance, Legal, Operations, IT, Marketing, Hotel Ops, Food & Beverage, Gaming Compliance) to capture needs, risk factors, and acceptance criteria. Work with stakeholders to align on selection criteria Conduct supplier market analysis, total cost of ownership (TCO), and total value assessment (quality, reliability, service levels, risk). Lead supplier pre-bid meetings, Q&A sessions, site visits, and reference checks; perform rigorous evaluation scoring and vendor shortlisting. Drive competitive bidding and negotiation strategies to achieve cost savings, favorable terms, service levels, warranty/support, and contract risk mitigation. Prepare and present RFP recommendations, business cases, and contract approvals to senior leadership and departmental stakeholders Collaborate with Legal and Compliance to draft, review, and finalize contracts, non-disclosure agreements, data protection clauses, and service level agreements (SLAs). Manage contract performance and supplier relationships post-award; monitor KPIs, supplier scorecards, and continuous improvement initiatives. Maintain robust documentation, audit trails, and procurement records for compliance and internal controls. Stay current on industry trends, regulatory changes, and best practices in hospitality, gaming, and procurement. #LI-DA1 #indeedSHRSS Qualifications Proven experience managing RFP/RFQ/RFI processes end-to-end. Strong negotiation skills with a track record of achieving cost savings and value improvements. Familiarity with contract law basics, terms and conditions, SLAs, and risk management. Proficiency Power Point, MS Office; advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, MC/DC, TCO modeling). Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment with competing priorities. Strong analytical mindset, data-driven decision making, and problem-solving abilities. Experience with capital expenditure (CapEx) procurement and large-scale facility projects in hospitality or gaming. Knowledge of hospitality operations and gaming peripherals/equipment.
