What You'll Do: 🌟 Delivers enthusiastic, confident, and guest-obsessed service while living the Merlin Values every day 🎢 Operates rides safely and smoothly, assisting guests on/off while keeping Health & Safety #1 🔍 Performs daily ride checks, enforces height/restrictions, and reports any safety concerns 🧠Thrives in fast-paced, noisy environments with sharp focus and excellent teamwork 📣 Communicates clearly with guests and operators — from queue lines to PA announcements and evacuations ✨ Keeps attraction areas clean, guest-ready, and follows opening/closing & breakdown procedures like a pro
Requirements
- 18+
- Fun, friendly, and dynamic personality
- Top-tier communication & listening skills
- Comfortable working in loud environments, confined spaces, solo or as part of a team
- High energy and great service—even during repetitive tasks

- Experience in attractions, entertainment, or customer-facing roles
