About The Position

As the Rigger Foreman, you will oversee daily rigging operations with responsibility for crew safety, equipment integrity, and execution of job plans. This role requires proven leadership in demanding environments, strict OSHA compliance, clear communication, and a commitment to high‑quality rigging work

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in heavy industrial lifting, machine moving and transport, or a related industry.
• Strong knowledge of rigging equipment, including cranes, tractor trailers, and forklifts
• Ability to work collaboratively and communicate effectively within a team environment
• Demonstrated leadership qualities and a commitment to safety and professionalism
• OSHA 10 certification
• Forklift certification

Nice To Haves

• CDL license preferred (Class A ideal)

Responsibilities

• Lead rigging crews on job sites and make sure work is done safely and correctly.
• Enforce OSHA rules and company safety standards at all times.
• Plan and oversee heavy lifts, machine moves, and equipment transport.
• Inspect rigging gear, cranes, forklifts, and trucks to ensure safe operation.
• Communicate job plans clearly to the crew and coordinate with site supervisors.
• Identify hazards, correct issues, and keep the job moving safely and on schedule.
