Requirements

  • Associate degree from two-year college or technical school or two years of related is preferred
  • Ability to obtain an entry level Risk Management Certification within first 18 months of employment
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to adapt to a changing environment and handle multiple priorities
  • Hybrid office considerations, based out of Menomonie, WI, must reside in WI or MN

Responsibilities

  • Provides first level of review on Risk help desk request
  • Leads tracking and scheduling of task, vendor management and business continuity areas of risk management software
  • Assist with Business Continuity Program (BCP) and Disaster Recovery program (DR) activities, including, but not limited to, updates of plans, schedules, and annual table-top exercises
  • Assist with the vendor management program
  • Provide oversight to ensure our contracts renewals are visible and timely presented to business owners
  • Assist vendor owners with questions and training
  • Assists in the completion of annual due diligence
  • Assist in recurring vendor risk assessments
  • Review and monitor current trends in the realm of risk management and track risk logs
  • Aids in providing documentation to auditors and examiner requests
  • Validates and maintains security and camera office reviews and records including periodic security equipment testing, checklist gathering and review
  • Assist in the development and enforcement of risk management policies and procedures
