About The Position

This position supports the ongoing regulatory/quality/patient safety/risk management processes throughout the organization. Utilizes a combination of customer service capabilities, personal skills in communication, computers, problem solving, and ability to capture details in a fast-paced environment. Accountable for the system management of software and reporting of all QSR reports by ensuring requirements are defined; system maintenance and upgrades completed; integration of new processes; and management of system reports. This position works under the supervision of the Director of Regulatory and is employed by Mosaic Health System.

Requirements

  • High School Graduate or GED equivalent. Business courses with emphasis on computer use and data management.
  • Three years experience of clerical and computer experience, preferably in a health care or legal environment.

Responsibilities

  • Manage modifications to Risk/Safety system and downloads reports related to the reporting system.
  • Handles system requests including investigation and resolution of problems.
  • Maintain training guides and reference materials.
  • Create, develop, and deliver training for knowledge transfer to appropriate leadership.
  • Complete accurate, timely data entry into assigned databases and develop/produce reports from assigned databases.
  • Acts as administrator of assigned databases, managing security roles, troubleshooting, etc.
  • Validate and monitor integrity of databases assigned to manage.
