This position supports the ongoing regulatory/quality/patient safety/risk management processes throughout the organization. Utilizes a combination of customer service capabilities, personal skills in communication, computers, problem solving, and ability to capture details in a fast-paced environment. Accountable for the system management of software and reporting of all QSR reports by ensuring requirements are defined; system maintenance and upgrades completed; integration of new processes; and management of system reports. This position works under the supervision of the Director of Regulatory and is employed by Mosaic Health System.
