Risk Manager, Pulse Operations Risk Manager, PULSE Operations Risk Managers at Capital One are highly motivated Risk Management professionals with excellent analytical, organizational and communication skills. They have a high level of exposure across lines of business and have the opportunity to work with Executives to create and implement innovative solutions to identify and mitigate potential risks to the Company leveraging their analytical skills.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or Military experience
• At least 4 years of Financial Services or Risk Management experience
• At least 1 year of data analysis

Nice To Haves

• At least 5 years of Risk Management experience
• At least 4 years of Data Analysis
• At least 5 years of experience supporting, partnering and interacting with internal business clients
• At least 1 year of project management experience
• At least 1 year of experience with Python, R, Spark or SQL

Responsibilities

• Serve as interdepartmental liaison, interfacing with lines of business and staff functions such as HR and other areas of Risk
• Gather data and reporting; perform initial analysis or potentially evaluate data provided by team analysts
• Design and implement program for Transaction Monitoring aligned with Risk identification and modification
• Evaluate and Analyze Transactions for anomalies and risk exposure
• Manage, implement and deliver on a subset of the program deliverables
• Improving operational efficiencies and effectiveness
