About The Position

Peraton seeks an RMF/Compliance Specialist to support Department of Defense Cyber Defense Command (DCDC) with DCO AI Cyber Security Support. Location: Fort Meade, MD. In this role, you will ensure compliance with RMF, Zero Trust, and cybersecurity standards, managing accreditation documentation and security assessments. Requirements

  • Minimum of 8 years with BS/BA; Minimum of 6 years with MS/MA; Minimum of 3 years with PhD
  • Expert knowledge of RMF process
  • Experience with eMASS and security documentation
  • Understanding of NIST and DoD security controls
  • Knowledge of Zero Trust principles
  • Strong documentation and communication skills
  • One of the following IA Cybersecurity certifications is required: CISSP, CISM, or CAP. Must complete or renew within 30 days of employment. Funding available for subsequent renewal costs.
  • U.S Citizenship required
  • DoD TS with ability to obtain/maintain SCI clearance

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, Information Assurance, or related field
