The 5N Oncology Unit specializes in advanced treatments for various cancer diagnoses. As an RN, you will assist fellow caregivers in delivering exceptional care, from initial introduction to final send-off. In this role, you will interact directly with oncology patients, their families and visitors, offering the opportunity to enhance their experience and supply healthcare education as needed. A caregiver in this position works nights from 6:45PM – 7:15AM, with weekend and holiday requirements.

Requirements

Graduate from an accredited School of Professional Nursing (ADN or BSN program)
Current state licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN)
Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification through the American Heart Association (AHA) or American Red Cross
One year of current acute care RN experience OR licensed military RN experience
Completion of an ONS Chemo/Bio Course within two years of hire
