Job Summary and Responsibilities Become a highly valued, adaptable Registered Nurse in our Campus Float Pool. This unique role at CHI Health offers an unparalleled opportunity to rapidly expand your clinical skills by caring for diverse patient populations across multiple departments and modalities. Earn significant tiered premium differentials (10%, 15%, or 20%) for your versatility, plus standard night/weekend pay. You'll deliver exceptional patient care, monitor conditions, administer treatments, and educate families, all while advancing your expertise in a supportive environment.
Requirements
- Active RN license (NE, IA, or compact)
- BLS required
- ACLS required (within 5 months)
Nice To Haves
- 1+ year RN experience preferred
- Specialty certification (e.g., CCRN, CNOR, CEN) preferred
