About The Position

RN Case Manager Full Time Duties: Responsibilities include- managing the day-to-day needs of residents; ensure residents are treated with respect, dignity and ensure quality care. Responsible for the monitoring of the day to day duties of the direct care staff. Possess the ability to communicate effectively with residents, families, staff, vendors and the general public. Compassion and drive to meet the ever changing needs of our residents and families.

Requirements

• Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, procedure manuals and state regulations for Assisted Living.
• Ability to effectively communicate, understand and follow written and oral instructions.
• CPR Certification required
• Knowledge of computer and word processing software are required.

Nice To Haves

• Preferred Registered Nurse License and in good standing with the state of South Dakota or compact state
• Preferred experience in Healthcare Geriatrics
• Prior management experience in Assisted Living desired
• Experience with budget compliance.
