About The Position

As an RN Clinical Supervisor (Home Health), you will partner with the Clinical Director and Branch Director to plan, coordinate, and evaluate patient-centered care. Time is split between the office and the field, providing clinical guidance to home care field staff and supporting patient care consisting of pediatrics and adults.

Requirements

Passion for delivering high-quality, patient-focused care
Strong leadership and communication skills
Understanding of home health regulations and insurance/reimbursement criteria
Current RN license in Nevada
Experience working with pediatric patients
2+ years of recent RN experience
1+ year of Gtube experience (plus traches and/or vents preferred)
1+ year in home health care
1+ year of supervisory experience

Nice To Haves

Bachelor’s degree from a National League of Nursing-accredited college preferred

Responsibilities

Taking, reviewing and converting home care referrals
Overseeing all client care services
Assessing patients, developing plans of care, coordinating services and discharge planning
Completing client admission and pre-admission visits
Ensuring compliance with agency’s policies and local, state and federal laws and regulations
Completing required paperwork for insurance reimbursement and clinical record documentation
Serving in a rotating on-call schedule for clinical troubleshooting and support
Recruiting, interviewing, selecting, orienting, and overseeing field staff
Evaluating and conferring with staff regarding performance
Representing the agency in the community
Other duties as assigned
