Personalized Care: Bring joy and compassion to our residents Competitive Pay: $100,000-125,000/yr based on experience Schedule: This is a full-time position working Monday-Friday day shift hours, with up to 70% travel and an on-call rotation requirement. Supportive Team: We value our team members as much as our residents Quick Hiring: Apply today and hear back within 48 hours What You'll Do: Provide on-site staffing support to Assisted Living communities across MN, WI, and IA Deliver staff training to ensure clinical excellence and consistency Conduct clinical quality assurance and auditing of care practices Monitor and ensure the provision of high-quality clinical care and services Ensure compliance with all applicable regulations and clinical best practices Support and train nursing care teams to enhance resident care outcomes Travel regularly to multiple Vista Prairie Communities locations in Minnesota, Wisconsin, and Iowa Play a vital role in improving the well-being of both residents and staff across communities What You'll Need: Registered Nurse with current licensure, and a willingness to become licensed in the states of MN, WI, and IA. 5+ years of demonstrated competencies in health care management and operations, quality management, and staff development. Experience with LTC compliance with regulations and federal and state survey licensure surveys
