Requirements
- A BSN is preferred from an accredited nursing institute.
- Must have a current RN license in the state of Virginia
- Must be an independent thinker and have sound judgment skills
- Must have previous administrative and management skills in LTC
- Ability to effectively manage a nursing staff, maintain positive employee relations, and act as a liaison between the administrator and the nursing staff
