Learn more: https://www.stmarysregional.com What You’ll Do As an RN House Supervisor, you’ll provide leadership, coordination, and oversight for Nursing Services during 3–11 and 11–7 weekday shifts, including every other weekend and holiday rotation. This role blends clinical leadership, communication, and patient‑centered care with the ability to guide teams and support hospital operations. Requirements

  • Current RN Licensure in the State of Oklahoma
  • ADN required; BSN preferred
  • BLS and ALS/ACLS required
  • Demonstrated experience as a professional nurse with administrative and supervisory competence
  • Strong communication, problem‑solving, decision‑making, and leadership skills
  • Basic computer skills required
  • CPI (TEAM De‑Escalation) Training completed within 6 months of hire

Responsibilities

  • Coordinating hospital-wide nursing activities and ensuring continuity of patient care
  • Involving the patient, family, or designated care partner to meet educational, physical, psychosocial, spiritual, emotional, and population‑specific needs
  • Constructing and implementing individualized plans of care using nursing knowledge and skill
  • Integrating direct and indirect patient care activities related to diagnoses and co‑morbidities
  • Coordinating interdisciplinary care and developing goals, treatment plans, and discharge plans
  • Completing purposeful hourly rounding to enhance communication, improve safety, and anticipate patient needs
  • Proactively evaluating the environment to ensure it remains patient-friendly and safe
  • Participating in bedside report to support patient/family understanding, reduce anxiety, and address care concerns
