About The Position

This role is full-time 36 hours per week and rotational (days/nights, weekend shift requirements). This position will require mandatory call per West Penn CBA. LABOR & DELIVERY: West Penn’s Obstetrics Department consists of 15 Labor & Delivery beds, 6 Triage Rooms, 3 C-Section Operating Rooms, 4 PACU beds, and a 20 bed antepartum unit, with nurses cross-trained to work in all areas. Assesses patient reports/records change of condition and notifies physician and/or supervisor and intervenes appropriately and documents accordingly.
