About The Position

Home Care Registered Nurse (RN) / Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) RN/LPN: Must have Vent, Trach and G-tube experience or willingness to learn If you want more variety in your day-to-day work, we can help! Current Shift Needs: Night Shifts for Peds Case in Ocala - 9yr old with g-tube and trach 6pm-6am Thursday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday every other weekend RN Rate of Pay $32/hr. and LPN Rate of Pay $29/hr. Day/Night Shift for Peds Case in Silver Springs Shores - 18 yr old with Hunters Syndrome - G-tube, trach and vent 7am-7pm (12 hr. shifts) some Saturday and Sunday 7pm-7am (12 hr. shifts) Wednesday and occasional Saturday, Sunday Rate of Pay Range LPN $29/hr. and RN $34/hr. Day/Night Shift for Peds Case in Summerfield - 17yr old MVA total care G-tube and trach 7am-7pm (12 hr. shifts) Friday, Saturday and Sunday 7pm-7am (12 hr. shifts) Sunday Rate of Pay Range $30/hr.-$33/hr. Requirements

• Current medical license or certification in the state of Florida
• Successful completion of skills assessment(s) specific to area(s) of experience
• Current hands-on CPR certification
• Proof of Negative TB (titer/ chest x-ray)
• Background Screening Information: This position requires a Level 2 background screening through the Florida Care Provider Background Screening Clearinghouse.
• Must have Vent, Trach and G-tube experience or willingness to learn

Responsibilities

• Our Home Health Staff care for ill, injured or convalescing patients or persons with disabilities in private homes.
• You will be responsible for providing quality healthcare to each patient in adherence with all applicable laws, regulations, and policies.
