Location: Central Iowa Required: Active Iowa RN or LPN License New Grad Registered Nurses and Licensed Practical Nurses Welcome! $2/hour shift differential for shifts between 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM Family First Homecare is hiring compassionate nurses to provide 1:1 pediatric care in the home . We offer flexible scheduling, supportive clinical teams, and opportunities to build meaningful relationships with the families we serve. Current Case Openings: Des Moines Schedule: Mon–Thurs: 6a–6p Fri: 6a–5p Nights: 11p–11a Sat: 11p–11a Care Needs: Trach, Vent, Feeding Tube Des Moines Schedule: 12-hour shifts available 7 days/week Preferred coverage: Overnights (7p–7a) Care Needs: Trach, Vent, G-Tube Pleasant Hill Schedule: 16 hours of coverage needed daily, 7 days/week Available in 8-hour day and night shifts Care Needs: Trach, Vent, BiPAP Ames Schedule: After school hours Mon–Fri (3p–11p) Occasional weekend availability Care Needs: G-Tube Newton Schedule: Mon–Fri 7a–5p Care Needs: Trach, G-Tube Ogden Schedule: 12-hour shifts available 7 days/week Preferred coverage: Overnights (7p–7a) Care Needs: Trach, Vent, G-Tube Bondurant Schedule: Midday shifts Mon–Fri 10a–6p or 11a–7p Earliest end time: 5:30p Care Needs: G-Tube Compensation RN: $30 – $34/hr LPN: $27 – $31/hr $2/hour shift differential for hours worked between 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM Family First HomeCare, LLC is an Equal Opportunity employer.
