What We Offer for the RN/LPN - Daylight Shifts FT/PT - Competitive starting wages (with additional pay for experience & seniority) Shift Differentials: +$1.50/hour for afternoon & midnight shifts; +$1.50/hour for all weekend shifts Flexible full-time & part-time schedules (every other weekend rotation) Comprehensive benefits package designed to support you and your family Opportunities for growth, training, and advancement Eligible Full Time employees can also earn an additional $1.50/hour if waiving the insurance benefit

Requirements

  • Graduate of an approved nursing school
  • Current Pennsylvania RN license in good standing
  • A caring heart and a commitment to excellence

Responsibilities

  • Provide high-quality resident care with compassion and skill
  • Administer medications, complete documentation, and conduct assessments
  • Coordinate care with physicians and healthcare team members
  • Supervise and support resident care staff
  • Deliver treatments and procedures that make a real impact
