Cleveland Clinic's H80 General Medicine/Telemetry unit cares for a variety of patients (respiratory, gastrointestinal, dialysis, diabetes, and more) as well as the homeless population and patients going through drug and alcohol withdrawal. This patient population's diversity is comparable to that of the Emergency Department, so nurses learn many skills that can take them anywhere in Cleveland Clinic. A caregiver in this position works as needed on day, evening, night and/or weekend shifts.

Requirements

Graduate from an accredited school of professional nursing.
Current state licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN).
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification through the American Heart Association (AHA).
External applicants: two years of recent nursing experience.
Will consider military RN experience.
Successfully pass all prescreen competency assessments.
