About The Position

Dunwoody Village, a highly regarded Continuing Care Retirement Community (CCRC) in Newtown Square of Delaware County, is seeking to fill Part-Time Registered Nurse Supervisor weekend openings, 7pm-7:30am shift. Our RN Supervisors should understand that they will also be expected to accept floor assignments as necessary. We have an excellent nurse to resident ratio! (1 nurse for 20 residents along with the support of 2-3 certified nursing assistants per unit). Our rehab floor follows an even stronger ratio by staffing 2 nurses for 20 residents with the support of 3 certified nursing assistants. We are easy to get to! Our employees who drive have access to ample free parking and our campus is easily accessible via public transportation from 69th Terminal. Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of long-term care experience and excellent assessment skills
• Minimum of 3 years of supervisory experience as a primary role
• Must be a PA licensed Registered Nurse (RN) with current CPR certification
• Point Click Care experience
• Successful completion of a criminal background check
• 2 completed references
• Influenza record
• Drug screen

Responsibilities

• Comprehensive onboarding, training, and mentoring of staff
• Supervising, auditing, and monitoring of above units
• Ensuring that Pennsylvania Department of Health (DOH) regulations/guidelines are followed
• Clinical supervision of long term care and short term rehabilitation units
• Accept floor assignments as necessary
