About The Position
A Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in a physician's office plays a vital role in patient communication and care coordination. They handle incoming calls, direct messages to the appropriate healthcare providers, send prescriptions to pharmacies, and follow instructions related to referrals, lab tests, or treatment orders. Additionally, they assist in preparing patients for examinations, help with scheduling appointments, and provide flexible support across various tasks as needed, ensuring smooth clinic operations and quality patient care. Eligible for medical coverage on your first day of employment, all other benefits will be effective the 1st of the month following hire date!
Requirements
- 36 hours per week - First Shift
- Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM
- Valid RN or LPN License in the State of Indiana
- BLS/CPR Certification
