As the RN - Regional Clinical Reimbursement (MDS) Director, you will: collaborate with facility and regional leadership teams to ensure excellent quality of care provide direct support, education, and training to facility MDS Coordinators to ensure accurate coding review and coordinate PDPM to ensure appropriate reimbursement support RAI process serve as resource to the Medicare program perform routine reviews of case mix participate in Medicare meetings / case mix review meetings participate in quality assurance programs and identify opportunities for improvement

Requirements

  • current Wisconsin licensure as a registered nurse
  • previous long term care experience, minimum of 10 years
  • previous experience as an MDS coordinator required, including knowledge of RAI, CMI, and PDPM
  • excellent communication and time management skills
  • ability to travel throughout the State of Wisconsin

  • CMAC certification preferred

Responsibilities
