As a nurse, you will focus on responding to others priorities regarding safety, physical and psychological needs while paying close attention to maintenance of comfort and human emotion during health and illness, while providing safe patient care. Requirements
- Nursing Diploma Nursing Required Or
- Associate's Degree Nursing Required Or
- Bachelor's Degree Nursing Preferred
- 1 Year clinical nursing experience Required
- 1 year of NICU experience is highly preferred
- RN - Registered Nurse Upon Hire Required And
- BCLS - Basic Cardiac Life Support prior to providing independent patient care and maintained quarterly Required And
- STABLE Program within 90 days Required
- NRP - Essential Neonatal Resuscitation Program 90 Days Required And
- CPI - Crisis Prevention Intervention Training Maintained Annually 90 Days Required
- Skills A high degree of confidentiality, positive interpersonal skills, and ability to function in a fast-paced environment.
Nice To Haves
- Bachelor's Degree Nursing Preferred
- 1 year of NICU experience is highly preferred
