Requirements

  • Nursing Diploma Nursing Required Or
  • Associate's Degree Nursing Required Or
  • Bachelor's Degree Nursing Preferred
  • 1 Year clinical nursing experience Required
  • 1 year of NICU experience is highly preferred
  • RN - Registered Nurse Upon Hire Required And
  • BCLS - Basic Cardiac Life Support prior to providing independent patient care and maintained quarterly Required And
  • STABLE Program within 90 days Required
  • NRP - Essential Neonatal Resuscitation Program 90 Days Required And
  • CPI - Crisis Prevention Intervention Training Maintained Annually 90 Days Required
  • Skills A high degree of confidentiality, positive interpersonal skills, and ability to function in a fast-paced environment.

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor's Degree Nursing Preferred
  • 1 year of NICU experience is highly preferred
