About The Position

Shifts: Eve 3p-11p, Nights 11a-7a combination of Eve/Night rotations. Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited school of registered professional nursing
- New York State Registered Professional Nurse Licensure
- Minimum one year of nursing experience (preferred experience in long-term care and/or supervisory roles)
- Strong ability to collaborate with medical staff, department managers, ancillary services, and customers in a professional manner
- Excellent leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills (both written and verbal)
- Proven ability to remain calm and manage stressful situations with professionalism
- Skilled in clinical management, managing multiple priorities, meeting deadlines, and fostering teamwork
- Familiarity with NYSDOH requirements
- Strong organizational and analytical abilities
- Computer literate
Nice To Haves
- BSN
- New Grad RNs with previous LPN experience in LTC, may be considered for an RN Supervisor Position.
