About The Position

Soldiers and Sailors Memorial Hospital is looking for a dedicated and
experienced RN Supervisor to lead our nursing team during evenings, nights,
weekends, and holidays. If you’re passionate about patient care, mentoring
staff, and making a difference every day, this is the role for you!

Requirements

• Current NYS RN license (BSN preferred)
• 3+ years acute care RN experience; 1+ year leadership experience (Charge Nurse or similar)
• BLS, ACLS, PALS certifications via RQI
• CPI certification within 90 days of hire
• Strong communication, organizational, and computer skills

Nice To Haves

• BSN preferred

Responsibilities

• Lead clinical activities and support nursing staff across all patient age groups.
• Mentor and guide nurses, ensuring high-quality, patient-centered care.
• Collaborate with Nurse Managers and Clinical Leaders to optimize staffing and patient care.
• Manage emergency clinical situations and support staff development/competency assessments.
• Promote teamwork, professionalism, and the principles of a Healing Environment.
