About The Position

As an experienced OR Clinical Nurse at St. Bernardine Medical Center, you will be responsible for coordinating total patient care for assigned patients, ensuring the highest standards of care and support. Utilizing your knowledge of growth and development principles across the lifespan, you will assess patient status, interpret critical data, and provide appropriate, patient-centered care as defined by hospital policies and procedures. This position plays an integral role in delivering compassionate, high-quality care to patients while embodying the values and mission of St. Bernardine Medical Center. Requirements

• Minimum one year experience as an O.R. Staff Nurse
• RN license from State of California
• AHA-BLS
• AHA-ACLS within 6 months of employment in the position

Responsibilities

• Deliver comprehensive care to assigned patients, ensuring their unique age-specific needs are met.
• Assess patient data, interpret findings, and determine necessary interventions based on patient status.
• Demonstrate active participation in fulfilling the mission of St. Bernardine Medical Center and adherence to the organization’s core values.
