About The Position
Health Services of Northern New York is seeking Registered Nurses to work as a member of our home health team. As a Registered Nurse for Health Services of Northern New York, nurses will work to complete visits as assigned by the Registered Nurse Case Managers throughout St. Lawrence County. A successful candidate must possess the following competencies: the ability to multi-task, meet deadlines, maintain an organized work environment, communicate clearly and directly, follow-through on plans and commitments, demonstrate understanding of customer service when dealing with patients, family and other staff. Registered Nurses will enjoy a flexible schedule as well as a competitive starting rate of pay of $68,000.
