About The Position

Mullen's Marking is seeking motivated and reliable individuals to join our team in Baltimore, MD. We represent full-service line striping and pavement marking companies delivering high-quality highways, roadways, and parking lot striping services throughout the state. Position Summary As a Crew Member, you will play a critical role in maintaining safe roadways and infrastructure. This position involves outdoor work, equipment operation, and supporting traffic control operations on active job sites.

Requirements

Valid Driver's License with clean driving record required
Class A or B CDL is a plus
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Strong work ethic and attention to detail
Prior experience in road construction, striping, or traffic control preferred but not required
Must be able to work nights, weekends, and meet shifting schedule demands

Responsibilities

Road Striping & Pavement Marking Assist in applying road markings including lane lines, crosswalks, and symbols using specialized striping equipment.
Traffic Control Set up and maintain traffic control devices during road construction and maintenance projects.
Equipment Operation & Maintenance Operate CDL-required vehicles, including trucks and striping machines. Perform basic equipment inspections and maintenance.
Physical Labor Perform manual tasks including lifting, bending, standing for extended periods, and working outdoors in various weather conditions.
Safety Compliance Follow all company and job-site safety protocols to maintain a safe work environment.
