We're seeking a detail-oriented Robot Operator to control our mobile manipulation robotic system. In this hands-on role, you'll guide our robot as it performs material handling tasks. This position combines technical operation with physical work in an industrial environment.
Requirements
- Physical capability: Ability to lift and carry up to 20 lbs regularly
- Computer proficiency: Tech savvy and comfortable using computer interfaces
- Reliability: Consistent attendance and punctuality, comfortable with repetitive tasks
- Attention to detail: Quality data is essential for AI training
- Communication: Ability to effectively identify and communicate operational issues encountered
- Safety-conscious: Commitment to following safety protocols in a warehouse environment
Nice To Haves
- Previous material handling experience

Responsibilities
- Operate mobile manipulation robot using computer interface controls to help train robots for autonomous case picking in industrial environments
- Guide the robotic system to manipulate objects
- Supervise operations to ensure proper process quality
- Monitor system performance and report any operational issues
- Assist with manual handling when needed to support robotic operations
- Maintain accurate logs of daily operations
