About The Position

Opal Foods is currently accepting applications for the position of Robot Operator for our Roggen Plant in Roggen, CO. This position is responsible for lmaintaining the flow of the robotic stacker machine while maintaining compliance with all company policies and governmental regulations. This position will also assist with other projects and duties as needed.

Requirements

• Must be able to recognize and match labels
• Must demonstrate attention to details
• Must be able to work at a fast-pace, walk, stand, and complete repetitive tasks extended time periods
• Must be available to be scheduled for work any day of the week including holidays
• Must be clocked in and ready to work at scheduled start times
• Must be able to stay until eggs have completely run out of barns

Responsibilities

• Prepare work area with pallets, packaging, trash cans, and any other needed supplies
• Set up robot or robot for specified product
• Monitor robot work flow
• Ensure robot continues running by removing jammed materials
• Recognize visual cues from the machine’s service screens and address issues to ensure the machine continues running efficiently
• Communicate with lead, and maintenance to discuss any issues
• Clean broken eggs from the machine and floor
• Recognize and confirm various labels (written in English)
• Help other team members as needed throughout the day
• Put away materials and clean-up work area at the end of day
