About The Position

Join the team at Eck Industries, a leading aluminum foundry in Manitowoc, WI. We’re looking for individuals who are hands-on, detail-oriented for our Heat Treat department to help shape precision aluminum castings used in aerospace, defense, and cutting-edge industries.

Requirements

• Prior manufacturing experience preferred (but we’ll train the right person!).
• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Good attention to detail, teamwork, and a strong work ethic.
• Comfortable working with your hands in an active environment.

Responsibilities

• Keep robotic cleaning cells and support equipment stocked with materials to keep production moving
• Load, monitor, and manage product flow through the cleaning and downstream processes
• Help keep equipment running smoothly by supporting daily operations and process efficiency
• Monitor operations and communicate any issues to keep everything on track
• Work alongside a supportive team to meet production and quality goals
