Roll Off Driver
About The Position
We are hiring a safety‑driven Roll‑Off CDL Driver to service commercial and residential customers using roll‑off trucks. This is a local, home‑daily role offering consistent year‑round work with opportunities for overtime. As a Roll‑Off Driver, you will: Operate a roll‑off truck to pick up and drop off containers at customer locations Safely tarp, secure, and transport various types of waste loads Navigate tight alleys, commercial sites, landfills, and transfer stations Follow route sheets and communicate with dispatch as needed Perform pre‑ & post‑trip inspections (fluids, brakes, tires, safety equipment) Provide friendly and professional customer service Assist with other operational duties as required
Requirements
- Valid Class A or B CDL
- No restrictions (must be able to operate manual & automatic trucks)
- Clean driving record
- Strong commitment to safety and customer service
- Ability to work outdoors and handle physically demanding tasks
Nice To Haves
- Roll‑off or similar heavy‑truck experience preferred
