About The Position

Quanex is looking for a RollTrusion Team Lead - 2nd Shift to join our team located in Rice Lake, WI. The hours for this position are 2:30pm - 11pm. We Offer You! What Success Looks Like: Conducts daily safety audits and ensures all employees are wearing appropriate PPE and operating safely. Exhibits strong leadership and communication skills, fostering a cohesive team environment. Collaborates across departments to resolve conflicts and facilitate smooth operations. Understands quality expectations and works with all team members to ensure quality procedures are followed. Performs set up and troubleshoots all equipment and products in the department. Assists the supervisor with the daily planning and scheduling activities. Develops and monitors standard work processes to optimize department efficiency. Your Credentials: 2+ years of manufacturing or leadership experience required. Requirements

2+ years of manufacturing or leadership experience required.
Experience operating manufacturing machinery
Experience with lock out/tag out
Experience with using machine guarding
