About The Position

The Roofing Crew Member is responsible for assisting with the installation, repair, and maintenance of roofing sealant systems. This is a hands-on field position that supports daily jobsite operations and ensures work is completed safely, efficiently, and according to EverSeal Roofing quality standards.
Crew Members work as part of a team under the direction of a Working Project Manager or Foreman and play a key role in delivering high-quality roofing solutions to customers.

Requirements

• Construction, roofing, or trade experience preferred but not required
• Willingness to learn roofing sealant systems and jobsite procedures
• Ability to follow directions and work as part of a team
• Strong attendance and reliability
• Valid driver’s license preferred
• Willingness and ability to travel up to 60 miles to assigned job sites; travel time to/from the job site is considered normal commuting.
• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly
• Ability to climb ladders and work on roofs safely
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, and perform physical labor throughout the workday
• Comfortable working at heights

Responsibilities

• Assist with installation of roofing sealant and coating systems
• Prepare roof surfaces by cleaning, drying, and setting up materials
• Apply coatings and sealants according to company and manufacturer standards
• Handle tools, equipment, and materials safely and correctly
• Perform basic repairs and maintenance as directed
• Load and unload materials and equipment
• Maintain clean, organized, and safe job sites
• Follow daily work plans and instructions from supervisors
• Assist with setup and breakdown of job sites
• Follow all company and OSHA safety policies
• Wear required personal protective equipment at all times
• Report hazards or unsafe conditions immediately
• Perform work with attention to detail and quality
• Work cooperatively with crew members and supervisors
• Maintain a positive attitude and strong work ethic
• Communicate jobsite issues or concerns to leadership
• Represent EverSeal Roofing professionally on every jobsite
• Show up on time and ready to work each day
• Follow safety and quality standards consistently
• Work efficiently and contribute to team productivity
• Take direction from supervisors and ask questions when unsure
• Help maintain positive crew morale and teamwork
