This role is ideal for someone who understands roofing systems (or similar trades), works well with tools, and can identify issues and fix them the right way—not just patch them. No resume? Requirements
- Experience in roofing or a similar hands-on trade
- Comfortable working on ladders and at heights
- Reliable and shows up on time
- Takes pride in doing quality work
- Valid driver’s license preferred
Responsibilities
- Identify roof leaks and structural damage
- Perform roof repairs (cracks, defects, damaged areas) using proper materials
- Complete routine maintenance and roof cleanings
- Remove debris from roofs and surrounding property
- Conduct roof assessments and document findings
- Create reports with notes, photos, and videos
- Communicate clearly with customers, foremen, and supervisors
- Follow all company policies and safety standards
