Requirements

• 2+ years of sales experience
• 2+ years of experience in roofing, construction, or home improvement
• Experience with AccuLynx or similar CRM platforms
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Physical ability to get on roofs in all weather conditions
• Ability to lift 50 pounds and work outside in inclement weather conditions and extreme temperatures
• Must have the ability to pass a background check and drug screening test.

Nice To Haves

• Knowledge of roofing systems (tile, shingle, TPO, etc.)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel

Responsibilities

• Conduct residential and commercial roof inspections
• Document roof conditions using AccuLynx CRM
• Prepare accurate estimates and present comprehensive roofing solutions to clients
• Educate customers on materials, warranties, and project details
• Follow up with leads and close sales efficiently to meet your goals
• Coordinate project details with the production team to ensure a flawless installation
