Requirements
- Excellent communication skills and confidence talking to homeowners
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and competitive
- Willingness to follow proven systems and learn new skills
- Comfortable working outdoors and door-to-door
- Valid driver’s license and a pick-up truck is required or ability to obtain one within 60 days of hire

- Sales experience is a plus but not required — we provide all the training you need!
Responsibilities
- Canvass neighborhoods to generate leads
- Perform roof inspections, identify storm damage, and educate homeowners about insurance claims
- Present solutions and close roofing contracts
- Manage projects from contract signing to completion, ensuring quality and customer satisfaction
- Communicate regularly with homeowners and coordinate with production teams
- Collect payments and build long-term relationships for referrals and future business
