About The Position

Bigfoot Roofing & Construction is seeking a motivated Roofing Sales Representative to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a performance-based environment and enjoys connecting with homeowners to provide solutions for their roofing needs. As a commission-only position, you’ll have the opportunity to build your own pipeline, generate leads through door-to-door outreach, and work company-provided opportunities from insurance partners and referrals.

Requirements

• Previous residential roofing sales experience preferred, but not required
• Strong knowledge of storm restoration, insurance claims, or high-trust sales cycles
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented, with the drive to build a pipeline and consistently close deals
• Comfortable working in a 100% commission-based role with earnings based on a percentage of job profit
• Tech-savvy, with experience using AccuLynx or similar CRM systems
• Clear and confident communicator who can quickly build rapport and trust with homeowners
• Strong work ethic and ability to manage your own schedule and sales process

Responsibilities

• Generate new business through door-to-door prospecting and neighborhood outreach
• Conduct in-home roof inspections and educate homeowners on roofing solutions
• Work leads provided through insurance networks and company referrals
• Build trust with homeowners and guide them confidently through the sales and insurance claim process
• Accurately estimate job scope and pricing using AccuLynx
• Maintain clear and consistent communication with customers throughout the project lifecycle
• Collaborate with the operations team to ensure projects move smoothly from sale to completion
