The Role As a Sales Representative at Storm Guard, you'll generate leads, inspect properties, work with insurance adjusters, and close sales for exterior restoration projects. You'll spend your time in the field meeting homeowners, building relationships, and guiding customers through the process with integrity and care. This role rewards effort — if you're willing to put in the work, the results will follow.

Responsibilities

  • Generate and Develop Business
  • Canvass neighborhoods and door-knock to identify potential customers and build your pipeline.
  • Prospect insurance agents and develop referral relationships with current and past customers.
  • Utilize Storm Guard's sales and marketing methods to generate leads and sell services.
  • Serve the Customer
  • Meet with homeowners to assess their needs, educate them on roofing services, and provide honest solutions.
  • Inspect roofs and exteriors to determine the scope of damage and needed repairs.
  • Follow up promptly on customer inquiries and service requests.
  • Request customer feedback and generate positive online reviews.
  • Manage the Process
  • Schedule and meet with insurance adjusters throughout the claims process.
  • Maintain professional relationships with homeowners and third parties.
  • Keep accurate records in the CRM and manage your pipeline with discipline.
  • Build Your Expertise
  • Develop working knowledge of roofing systems, installation methods, and safety requirements.
