Responsibilities

  • Conduct roof inspections and assess repair or replacement needs
  • Present roofing options and solutions to homeowners
  • Follow up quickly with company -provided leads, referrals, and inbound opportunities
  • Present financing and warranty options
  • Manage pipeline, follow -ups, and conversions in CRM
  • Coordinate with production and permitting teams after sales
  • Meet or exceed monthly sales goals
  • Generate additional leads through referrals and self -sourced opportunities.
  • Deliver dynamic, company -approved presentations to educate and inform homeowners.
  • Maintain a professional and organized appearance, including vehicle and sales materials.
  • Participate in sales meetings, training sessions, and trade shows.
  • Ensure all necessary paperwork (contracts, financing, etc.) is properly completed.
