Roofing Service Manager
About The Position
CentiMark Corporation is actively hiring an experienced Roofing Service Manager in Baton Rouge ! The ideal candidate will have commercial/industrial roofing experience, leadership/supervisory experience, and provide exceptional service to our customers. This role is paying a base salary of $70k - $75k plus bonus opportunity & premier benefits! Job Summary: Marketing and developing the service department Scheduling and supervising two-man crews – ensuring that they are operating to optimize safety, service & quality measures Ensuring customer satisfaction Estimating, proposing, and selling commercial roofing repair work from some provided leads Inspect service roofing jobs for safety and workmanship Responsible for management/growth of service department
Requirements
- 5+ years’ experience in commercial roofing or commercial roofing sales is preferred
- 2+ years’ experience in commercial roofing service
- Working knowledge of commercial/industrial roofing procedures and safety
- Excellent communication, analytical, leadership, interpersonal, problem-solving and organizational skills
- Experience with EPDM, Acrylic, Single Ply, PVC and/or TPO is required
