About The Position

White Castle Roofing is seeking a motivated and detail-driven Roofing Specialist (Outside Sales) to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys working directly with customers, and takes pride in delivering high-quality solutions. As a Roofing Specialist, you will play a key role in developing new business, conducting site inspections, managing customer relationships, and guiding projects from initial contact through completion. We are looking for individuals who are self-motivated, goal-oriented, and committed to excellence.

Requirements

  • Valid driver’s license with clean driving record (required)
  • Knowledge of construction or building materials (preferred)

  • High School Diploma required
  • Sales experience preferred

Responsibilities

  • Develop new business and generate leads within the community
  • Conduct site inspections and identify customer needs
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships
  • Provide excellent customer service from initial contact through project completion
  • Communicate effectively with customers and internal teams via phone, email, and in person
  • Present project plans and coordinate with team members as needed
  • Meet sales goals through consistent follow-up, organization, and attention to detail
  • Take initiative, solve problems, and contribute to team success
  • Understand project scope and prepare accurate bids
  • Review and evaluate cost estimates
  • Apply sales and estimating knowledge to projects
  • Read and interpret blueprints and architectural plans (preferred)
  • Maintain strong organization, prioritization, and time management
  • Report directly to the Sales Leader and follow departmental direction
  • Maintain excellent attendance, punctuality, and professionalism
