As our Food & Beverage Supervisor, you will lead daily outlet operations while ensuring a high level of guest service and team performance. You will greet and engage with guests, understand their preferences, answer questions, recommend menu items, and support the preparation and service of food and beverages as needed. You will oversee service flow, coach team members, and step into operational roles when required. Success in this position requires a professional and approachable leadership style, strong operational awareness, efficiency under pressure, and solid knowledge of food and beverage service standards.
