Requirements
- Highschool graduate
Responsibilities
- Performs a variety of duties for the setup, delivery and servicing of food to patients.
- Follows position-specific job flow, completing all assigned tasks.
- Maintains clean work environment, follows all HACCP requirements and completes daily cleaning assignments.
- Follows all patient tray delivery and retrieval procedures as outlined on job specific job flows.
- Follows all Room Service delivery procedures as outlined on the Room Service Host/Hostess Audit form.
- Follows dish/pot cleaning procedures.
- Helps put away dishes and pots throughout the day.
- Sets up, delivers, and clears catered events effectively and on time.
- Actively engages in teamwork to help the department run smoothly, assisting others throughout the day.
- Follows all department specific policies and procedures
