As a Room Service Server at MVW, you will assist in providing our Owners/guests with experiences and events to make memorable vacation memories, where meaningful moments are made together. Where great benefits lead to a life fulfilled. As a Room Service Server, a typical day will include: Takes orders through telephone or in person and serves food and beverages to guests. Ensures delivery tray has all necessary utensils and supplies. Answers questions on menu selections. Delivers food to guest rooms in a timely manner. Communicates with the kitchen regarding menu questions, the length of wait, recook orders, and product availability. Communicates additional meal requirements, allergies, dietary needs, and special requests to the kitchen. Records transactions in POS system at the time of order. Checks in with guests to ensure satisfaction with each food course and/or beverages. Completes opening and closing duties, including restocking items, turning on/off lights, etc. Guest Experience and Company Standards Welcome and greet guests and anticipate and address their needs. Interact with colleagues and guests professionally and promptly. Contribute to team goals. Always follow company policies and safety procedures. Requirements

  • Available to work various shifts, holidays, and both weekend days.
  • Reach overhead and below the knees, perform bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping, and be able to stand, sit, or walk for an extended period of time.
  • Lift/Carry/Push/Pull Items that Weigh up to 25lbs without assistance.
  • The position may require background and drug screening contingent on company policy in accordance with applicable legal requirements.
