POSITION SUMMARY: Provides courteous and positive service to store and our guest and visitors. Responsible for greeting, selling concessions and tickets and providing information to customers as well as harnessing our guests and following all safety and procedures. ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES: ●Professionally and enthusiastically greet store guests, exit guest in a safe and timely manner often during high traffic times ●Proficiently run the point-of-sale systems, accurately process sales transactions and providing proper change, as well as balance a cash drawer ●Cook, prepare, and serve food and beverage following all applicable Board of Health regulations wearing appropriate personal protective equipment (e.g., gloves, hats) as required. Maintain clean and orderly concession and food prep areas and restock as needed ●Effectively cleaning attraction area including but not limited to vacuuming, sweeping, picking up trash and spills, and cleaning bathrooms including biohazard cleanup of bodily fluids as needed. ●Maintain and inspecting inventory, including loss prevention, of attraction items including harnesses, retail items, and any other items as applicable ●Safely harnessing guests following all safety protocols ●Assists with hosting groups, functions, and events as needed ●Any other function or responsibility as assigned by the Supervisor and/or Manager ●Must pass all certification as required for the attraction
