About The Position
We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Route Sales - Water Filtration Technician to join our team. In this role, you will drive to current customers' homes, test water quality, and replace filters as needed. Your primary focus will be on delivering exceptional customer service and maintaining our top-of-the-line filtration equipment and maintenance programs. Here are some of your duties: Drive to customer homes to test water and replace filters. Provide top-notch customer service, ensuring customer satisfaction. Maintain and service filtration equipment. Follow a daily schedule and route provided to you, starting your day from home. Accurately document services performed and maintain detailed records. Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and high-quality outcomes.
Requirements
- Must be a team player.
- Friendly, punctual, and dependable.
- Plumbing experience is a plus, but not mandatory; training will be provided and paid.
- Ability to drive extensively; must be comfortable with a job that requires a lot of driving.
- Must be 25 years or older with a clean driving record.

- Industry-leading salary of $40,000.00 w/ commission OTE at $100,000.00 per year.

- Monday through Friday with occasional Saturdays.
