About The Position

We’re looking for a motivated Route Supervisor to join our operations team! You’ll be the go-to person for our drivers and helpers — keeping routes running smoothly, safely, and on time. If you’re a natural leader who enjoys working outdoors, solving problems, and helping a team succeed, we want to hear from you!

Requirements

High school diploma or GED (Bachelor’s degree a plus!)
3+ years of route delivery or driving experience — leadership experience is a bonus.
Class A or B CDL required.
Great communication and leadership skills
Strong decision-making and problem-solving abilities
Familiarity with DOT regulations
Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office & ADP experience a plus)
Comfortable working outdoors in all weather
Able to lift, bend, and move as needed
Regularly use hands and arms to handle equipment and communicate

Responsibilities

Lead the crew: Support and guide drivers and helpers to complete routes safely and efficiently.
Keep it safe: Run safety meetings, enforce company policies, and make sure DOT standards are always met.
Train & grow your team: Help onboard new drivers and conduct road tests.
Work smarter: Look for ways to improve routes and boost efficiency.
Be the connection: Communicate with drivers throughout the day and jump in to help when needed.
Solve problems: Handle customer issues quickly and professionally.
Get involved: Lend a hand with special events, community cleanups, and more.
