Job Summary: The Route Support Specialist (RSS) core responsibility is to professionally “fill in” for RSR’s on vacation, RSR “call outs,” and open routes as well as support the team. The RSS is responsible for ensuring timely and accurate delivery of medical linen and clothing and customer service to our customers; addressing account issues concerns and complaints as presented by the customer during on-site visits and ensuring customer satisfaction thru an efficient and professional processing of paperwork and account data/information manner.
